The amount of time that it takes for an item to arrive often depends on the postage method that you selected when you bought the item. You can review the estimated delivery time on the Order Details page in My eBay.
It can take longer for your item to arrive if you paid with certain payment methods. Sellers usually wait to receive the payment or for the payment to clear before they post your item.
Tracking the item
You may have received tracking or Delivery Confirmation information in an email confirming your purchase.
To check the postage status of your item from My eBay: Sign in to My eBay.
Locate the item by checking your purchase history in My eBay. If the seller has entered a tracking number for the item, you'll see a tracking number under the item title. Select the tracking number to see the package's postage status.
You can also use this information to check the postage status of your item in the eBay Postage Centre.
Inspecting the item
When you receive your item, inspect it right away to make sure it matches the description in the seller's listing.
If you’re not happy with the item, please contact the seller to discuss it. It’s often a simple misunderstanding that the seller will be happy to correct. If you’re still not happy, learn what to do when you don't receive your item or it's not as described.
